Shipping
All of our cases are made to order and shipped directly from our workshop in Sweden. This reduces emissions and controls every step of the process.
It takes us between 1 and 2 days to manufacture your product and then delivery takes between 2 and 12 days depending on the country. This tailor-made experience does mean that delivery might take slightly longer than you're used to, so we really appreciate your patience. We're confident the end result will be worth the wait.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on the shipping method you choose and the country you are in.

We ship all orders from Sweden using PostNord Traceable Letter as standard, with express options available for different destinations. Tracking is provided once the order is dispatched.Local customs and holidays may cause delays.
12-month warranty
We offer a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and abnormal wear.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or misuse. In addition, all consumers are protected by Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen), which grants the right to claim on faulty goods for up to 3years.
Faults must be reported within 2 months of discovery. To file a claim, contact our support team via info@phonecases3d.com and include your order number, description of the issue, and photos.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time depends on your country and the shipping method you selected. Orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 working days, but in some hard-to-reach destinations, it may take up to 14 days.
Where can I track my order if I have the tracking number?
You’ll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped. From there, you can follow your package every step of the way using your courier's web page.
If I don't like it or there's a problem, how can I return my case?
Our phone cases are made on demand and many of them are personalized. For that reason, custom products cannot be returned, unless there's a manufacturing defect. If you need to request a return or exchange, just send us an email at info@phonecases3d.com and we’ll be happy to help.
