Refund policy

At Phonecases3D, we want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, we will do our best to help.

Return Period

We offer a 14-day return period for eligible items. This means you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Be returned in its original packaging

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we may not be able to accept the return.

If you ordered the wrong product, including selecting the wrong phone model, this will be treated as a standard return. In these cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their phone model carefully before placing an order.

Customised or personalised items

Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at info@phonecases3d.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • A photo of the item if it is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

When your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to return the item.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customised or personalised items, unless defective, damaged

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Items that have been used, worn, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first.

For eligible returns, once the original item has been received and checked, we can arrange a replacement item for you. In many cases, this is the quickest and easiest way to complete an exchange without needing to place a new order yourself.

If you selected the wrong product, including the wrong phone model, this will be treated as a standard return. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our side, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

 

EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within those 14 days.

This right does not apply to customised or personalised items.

Returned items must be sent back in unused condition. We may reduce the refund if the item has been handled more than necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law or if the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@phonecases3d.com.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  This also applies if the customer ordered the wrong item, including the wrong phone model.

We only cover return shipping costs if the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error due to a mistake on our side.
