Welcome to Phonecases3D. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Phonecases3D, the trading name of 3D Production International AB. We operate this website and online store to offer you an enjoyable and secure shopping experience.

Our services are hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that powers our website. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and any purchase you make from us.

By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Services.

2. Our Products

Our cases are made to order and, in many cases, customised or personalised.
Because each product is individually produced, slight differences in colour, size or texture may occur due to screen settings or natural variations in materials.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities,

  • Modify product descriptions,

  • Discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

 

3. Orders

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
You agree to provide accurate and complete order and payment information.

Once your order is confirmed and paid, you will receive an email confirmation. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, cancellation requests may not be possible once production has started. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or modify an order.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in Euros (€), inclusive of VAT where applicable, and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Klarna (where available)

Prices may change at any time. Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. For international orders, local taxes or customs fees may apply.


5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from Sweden and typically dispatched within 72 hours of order confirmation. Estimated delivery times:

  • Nordic countries: 5–10 business days

  • EU: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

We do not ship to the United States due to licensing restrictions.

📦 If a package is returned to us due to refusal, incorrect address or failed delivery, a €20 fee may be applied to cover return shipping and handling.

 

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of our products, returns are only accepted if:

  • The product is defective or damaged, or

  • You are exercising your legal right of withdrawal (where applicable) and the product is not customised.

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal in the EU, except for personalised products (per Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83).


7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, product images and designs, is the property of Phonecases3D or its partners. Reproduction or commercial use is prohibited without express written permission.


8. Shopify & Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. Your transactions are with Phonecases3D, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for order issues, shipping or refunds.

Some features may include tools, content or links to third parties. Use of those tools or sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.


9. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Shopify also processes your data as part of the hosting services. By using our website, you accept both policies.


10. Feedback & User Content

By submitting reviews, feedback, or content, you grant us a royalty-free license to use it for promotional or service-related purposes. You may not post unlawful, offensive or misleading content.


11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no guarantees regarding availability, functionality or compatibility.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phonecases3D is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages,

  • Losses due to delayed shipping,

  • Errors beyond our reasonable control (e.g. carrier delays, customs, force majeure).


13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swedish law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden, unless local consumer protection laws state otherwise.


14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of the site after updates implies acceptance of the new Terms.
