All of our cases are made to order and shipped directly from our workshop in Sweden. This reduces emissions and controls every step of the process.

It takes us between 1 and 2 days to manufacture your product and then delivery takes between 2 and 12 days depending on the country. This tailor-made experience does mean that delivery might take slightly longer than you're used to, so we really appreciate your patience. We're confident the end result will be worth the wait.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on the shipping method you choose and the country you are in.

We ship all orders from Sweden using PostNord Traceable Letter as standard, with express options available for different destinations.
Tracking is provided once the order is dispatched.
Local customs and holidays may cause delays.

You may return eligible items within 15 calendar days from the day after you receive your order or, if the order is delivered in several shipments, from the day after you receive the last item.

If you ordered the wrong product, including an incorrect phone model, you may return it, but the return shipping cost is your responsibility. Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping method to:

After shipping the package, please send the tracking number to info@phonecases3d.com.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the product price and the initial standard delivery cost, where applicable. Return shipping is only covered by us if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Clearly personalised items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.

We offer a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and abnormal wear.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or misuse. In addition, all consumers are protected by Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen), which grants the right to claim on faulty goods for up to 3years.

Faults must be reported within 2 months of discovery. To file a claim, contact our support team via info@phonecases3d.com and include your order number, description of the issue, and photos.
